Our team will review your request to ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and qualifies for a return due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
Secure Packaging
Once approved, carefully repack the tumbler in its original box with all protective padding to prevent any further damage during the transit back to our warehouse.
